The quickest and easiest way for borrowers to send a note payment is by using our payment portal.

Midland is not a loan servicer. The client will need to track all payments. That can be done through your online portal.

You will need to amend the terms of the Note. The original Note ammendment must be sent to Midland.

You can lend to anyone that is not considered a disqualified party.

Midland does not prepare these types of documents.
