Midland Serves

Midland Serves! We donate time and money to charitable causes in each of the major markets we serve: Sioux Falls, South Dakota; Ft. Myers, Florida; and Chicago, Illinois. Individual staff members suggest charities the company can volunteer at or donate to. These are most often based on groups in their communities with which they are familiar. The Midland Serves Charitable Committee reviews the suggestions. They ensure that donations go to those who need them most.

Employees contribute money each paycheck, and Midland matches 100% of employee contributions.

In 2021, we have donated more than $15,000 to non-profit charities and 218 hours of volunteer service.

Check out our photo gallery to see some of the charities we’ve volunteered with and donated to.

NEW! Midland is now offering college scholarships as a part of our charitable efforts in our communities!
